Truthfully a boring episode all around. The best part was the promo for Jack’s “last dance” in two weeks! Looks like we’re getting him back in the courtroom!!

I didn't catch the full episode (I'll rewatch it tomorrow). But, it seemed like the promo for McCoy's final episode seems more interesting -- it's disappointing; I'll really miss Sam Waterston. Tony Goldwyn has big shoes to fill!!!

Looks like a slow case this time around.

I may be in the minority here but I thought it was good. The detective group has good chemistry and I'm enjoying the first half.

The law half, well, it was okay. Very basic but okay. I didn't understand how Price can object during an opening statement. I thought that is where each side can outline their approach to their case. Does the defense and prosecution have to present evidence to each other before the opening statement to support their statement? This was confusing.

I am going to miss Sam so much. I appreciated even the little bits that we saw of him this season. I hope that he has a nice and happy ending.

After watching this episode, it was ok. It reminded me a lot of "Deadline," the episode in the prior season, which had a controversial witness, as well.

From this week's episodes, I preferred the episodes in the following ranking: "Duty to Report," "The Last Supper," and "Unintended Consequences."

The upcoming episodes in two weeks seem really interesting. It'll be disappointing that Sam Waterston is leaving the show. I'll truly miss him -- and Tony Goldwyn has big shoes to fill!

Chris Zimmer - What did you think about this episode?

I thought it was a good episode. Shaw and Riley are a good fit. It's the second half of the show that feels like it loses momentum with every episode. Maybe having a new DA will shake things up with Price?
