The episode was great. While it is not as good as previous episodes this season (the first two episodes are the best), I still enjoyed it. However, it was disappointing and sickening that the show brought back Wendy Moniz to kill off her character (she was fantastic in the show). Also, I think the episode's title is "Red, White, Black and Blue." What did you think of this episode, Chris?
@SH - they just posted the photos and I saw the change in order in episode names at that time. I fixed it! Haven't watch it yet though - will do so later today!
I thought the episode was really good. The violence on the show is a bit hard to get used to though but I admit I've seen a lot worse on other streaming cable shows. From a story standpoint, it's starting off to be the best they've had in a long while!
I was just surprised how violent the beginning was, especially a character that I liked. I know the show showed violent scenes in the past, but I guess this episode went a little bit too far (at least at the beginning). I still enjoyed the episode, though. I hope the series gets renewed for a season 6! How likely do you think this is, Chris?
@SH - I almost hate to predict for fear I'd curse things, but I think as long as they think it's bringing viewers to Peacock, and if they keep costs reasonable, they'll keep it!
I hope that they do keep it!
I had a feeling things were going to go bad but not THAT bad. It was a shock to see the blood on like that on any Law & Order show but I agree with Chris, there's a lot worse on other shows. The story telling has improved in this episode and this arc could go in a lot of directions. I was ready to give up on OC after last season but so far they are doing a decent job with it. Hopefully they will keep this up and it will continue on Peacock.
