Law & Order Organized Crime “Original Sin” Discussion Topic
Here is the discussion topic for Law & Order Organized Crime, “Original Sin” which aired on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Please feel free to add any feedback you have about this episode in the comments!
I enjoy this storyline! It's both intense and emotional, and the greatest case in a while.
With Reyes out of the way, I actually don't mind if Jennifer Ehle (Chief Bonner) joins the cast permanently after this storyline concludes. I enjoy watching her, and perhaps this case can serve as a way to introduce her as a main character (similar to how they did with Bashir in the episodes "Deliver Us from Evil"/"End of Innocence").
I look forward to next week's continuation. I'm glad the case is continuing for more than 3 episodes (the show actually now feels like it's returning, somewhat, to how the storylines were in seasons 1 and 2).
So far, my favorite cases/criminals from the show are: - Season 1: not applicable (only Wheatley - didn't care much about him because he was cartoonish -- I liked the storyline, but not the criminal himself) - Season 2: The Albanian arc - Season 3: Murphy - Season 4: Bonner
Okay, I'm warming up to this story line. OC is the weakest link in all the Law & Orders and it just takes me longer to get into the stories this season.
