Law & Order CI “Revolution” Season Finale Episode Information

Is it just me, or did this season finale come up a little faster than expected? We finish the season with a Nichols (Jeff Goldblum) and Eames (Kathryn Erbe) episode. Here is the info and the promo clip:

Law & Order Criminal Intent “Revolution” Season Finale Air Date August 9, 2009
With the banks failing and public discontent high, aging revolutionary Axel Kaspers believes the time is ripe to galvanize public reaction and spark a populist uprising. With his radical daughter Birgit and disciple Mel, Axel orchestrates the kidnapping of Continental Bankcorp president, Peter Evans. However, the carefully planned carjacking goes bad, leaving Detectives Nichols and Eames to pursue a surviving member of the radical gang.

My recap and review of Law & Order Criminal Intent "Revolution" can be found here.

WHAT! No Bobby Goren in the season finale! For the next season bring back more Bobby episodes and please give him something to be happy about, his depression is depressing me...

All Things, it's not just you. I was shocked, too, when they said this would be the season finale. I guess we've had the 16 ep run, but it seemed to fly by. And I'm also surprised that the season finale isn't a Goren ep...

The season finale? Didn't this season just start in June after originally being slated for a January premiere? What a collossal let down. I love this franchise but it seems to get the short shrift from Dick Wolf. Any idea when the next season will begin?

It's probably because we got that double-episode Sunday a little while back, and there was also a week with no new Criminal Intent. That basically shortened the run by one "week".

And this season actually started in April, not June.

Sara - recent press release indicate we should hear about renewal for CI very soon!
