Note: Is it just me - did I miss something? Have they finished the story line with the real estate and the death of that man who wouldn't sell the building? The last I recall was they were getting ready to tear that building down (I think) but I thought there was more to the story than that. I admit I haven't been too interested in OC this season and I may have missed some important story developments!

Just checking to see if posting comments is working. I made the same post twice on Fri (on SVU discussion) It would show it as published but as soon as I refreshed or returned to home pg it would disappear. I dont see anything saying my comment was deleted by the administrator. So I cant tell if it's an issue w the site or if my comment was deleted. I guess I'll hv a better idea if this comment does the same thing
I haven't deleted any comments so I'm not sure what happened. (Comments on posts older than 7 days require my approval and I've approved those that weren't obvious spam.)
At least this story line is better than what they started the season with. It was more interesting and made sense as a continuation with some blow back for Stabler from last season. I'm still not completely into this season and I need to give it more time for a story to build.
@ Chris- I just tried it again- same thing. 2 bizarre things are happening:
1) It actually publishes the comment. Just now it appeared under the last commenter, tally at top said 2 comments but again it disappeared as soon as i checked the homepage. And it's back to showing 1 comment there
2) Perhaps even more bizarre- when i comment in this discussion my comments show making this all the more strange. And I'm pretty sure I hv no words in there being flagged or anything like that Ah well! Wasnt meant to be
Question for @unknown - what browser are you using and what country are you posting from? Are you posting using your phone as opposed to a computer? I can't understand why those posts ARE coming through where you're informing me of your trouble posting. As far as I know, Blogger has no automatic "flags" for certain words or anything like that but they do screen for spam, and sometimes thing with links get flagged that way. It's a mystery to me. I also think there's a check box asking you to check if you're not a "robot" but if you are checking that and then seeing the post on the blog itself which later disappears, that is very very odd. The only think I can suggest to is send me "screen grabs" of what you are seeing; maybe if I see it something will jump out at me. But right now there should be nothing stopping you!
@Unknown - I had 7 comments on the "Breakwater" post - I assume they are yours, they all look the same but with different dates - that came through a few hours ago... as spam! I'm not sure what happened but if you tried to post the same thing too many times, it views it as spam. What I don't understand is why they showed up all at once. Everyone's comments are going through okay so I'm not sure where the glitch lies.
Omg! Thank you so much Chris for removing all the copies! It actually crossed my mind what if one day there is suddenly 20 copies of the post there (hides face).
I've been ill and unable to follow-up so I'm only now checking up on this.
I tried different browsers and different devices. The only reason I didn't think the issue could be any of these or location was that my many posts were showing up in this OC discussion just fine. Any of those issues should hv barred me from posting here too. The many tries were to attempt different strategies to resolve but I wasn't posting by the min. The one other thing that I can think of is this is the very rare time I was able to post Fri morning. Normally I don't get around to it till abt Sunday so maybe I commented too quickly?? Idk just throwing out anything at this pt. In the end it was just comical- my negative vibes were being blocked lol.
Well thanks you for your interest in helping me resolve this at the time and your patience w the msgs. I apologize to you and the readers of the blog for filling this discussion up w comments that hv nothing to do w the posted topic. The initial post was mainly to see if it would remain posted and then we got into this chat- which I'm grateful for- but I hv felt bad abt the pile-on of comments that are unrelated to the OC episode. My apologies to you and all.
Thanks again Chris for all your help including cleaning up all the copies that finally decided to show. And it looks like it was on the 31st like they all decided to jump out and yell, "Boo!"
