Yes. The web site is staying the same and will continue on as always. Only those who subscribed via email won't get an email every time I post.
I added one or two words to my post above that hopefully will make that clearer.

Yes, you can still post comments. The blog will stay the same, there are NO CHANGES to the blog at all. The only thing that changed is that readers could subscribe to an email that was sent to them any time I posted new content. The email service will not be available so people will have to rely on either the RSS feed, social media like Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr where I post the links to new posts, and the blog itself. There is a feature when people make a comment that allows them to be notified by email of follow up comments - that also is NOT changing!
