Entertainment Weekly's super-scooper Michael Ausiello hears that a Law & Order SVU character will die this season on the show. He indicates it is in the season finale, and that “It's not Benson (Mariska Hargitay) or Stabler (Chris Meloni). Beyond that, no one's safe.”
If I had my guess, my first pick would be Alexandra Cabot, seeing that Stephanie March is supposed to only have signed for a six-episode run. If it isn’t her, I have no clue, although it would make me sad to see Cragen (Dann Florek) or Munch (Richard Belzer) go. Cragen would make me sad because he’s been with the franchise for so long, and I just like his character. Munch would make me sad because then the character of John Munch would cease to exist, and Munch could never later appear on any other show as his character has done in the past. So it’s either “Nice knowing you, Alex” or “Farewell, Fin, Huang, or Warner” for me.

I can't believe it!!! I hope none of my faves die!!!
couldn't it be grayleck?
It could be Greyleck - only if they bring her back just to kill her off. I heard that her return was unlikely, but I suppose I would be ok with her coming back if it was just to kill her off! Gee that sounds mean but I can't help it - I never liked her!
As long as you're upfront about it. Heh. I was going to propose Greylek, but I got beaten to it. Heh. Rats.
Here is my take, complete with odds (credited you when appropriate):

Well, it's either Greylek, Munch and Warner (her actress is a busy lady). Those are my odds.
I highly doubt that they'd kill Munch. Belzer's been playing the guy for 16 years. He's an institution. When you've been doing the part that long, you get to leave on your own terms.
I hope it's not Graylek; I don't like her very much but I think it's incredibly stupid to drag a character back onto the show just to kill her off in a "dramatic" fashion. It would be sort of like if they brought back Jeffries or Briscoe so that they can make an ad saying that "An SVU character will die!!!"
If I had to guess, I'd say Cabot too... Since she had all the drug dealers and stuff after her earlier on, it would make sense for her to end up being murdered. I don't know if anyone can make a good assumption about Greylich, since we didn't really see her do much of anything. Novak needs to come back though... I'm sick of ADA Roulette!
