Danger swirls around the squad as they investigate a suspect for rape and try to protect their key witness. A new chief of detectives puts Benson to the test. An off-duty Fin tries to stop an assault in progress.

Law & Order Announces FAST Channel

Law & Order will have a dedicated FAST channel, starting today!  (A FAST channel is “Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV”.)  Thanks to NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution and Wolf Entertainment, seasons 5-10 will be available in the U.S. right now on Pluto TV, Prime Video, LG Channels, The Roku Channel, Samsung TV Plus, and Xumo Play. More seasons will be added sometime later this year.  Fans have wished for something like this for a long time.   Enjoy!

Law & Order, SVU, Organized Crime New Promo Art

Here are the new promotional art “posters” for the upcoming season premieres of Law & Order, Law & Order SVU and Law & Order Organized Crime.  While Law & Order and SVU will be new episodes, my understanding is that Law & Order Organized Crime will be re-airing season 5 on NBC (previously only aired on Peacock).  All will premiere on September 25, 2025.

Law & Order Organized Crime "He Was A Stabler" Discussion Topic

My take on season 5 – It was better than last season but still somewhat flawed.  The main cast was barely there most of the time, and having that “core” cast was the thing that kept this series glued together in past seasons.  Going into next season, they need to have some form of stability with the "regular" players.  As far as I’m concerned, the character of Reyes has been a dud, and I’ve always been bored with the Stabler family drama.  At least they had a character to be a substitute for the work done by Jet, but not having Bell made the operation feel rudderless.  While Chris Meloni has a solid following, Elliot Stabler (with his family) cannot carry the story each week by himself. Without other characters for the fans to care about as they work a case, the show will risk becoming repetitive and boring.
