Gee, a special victims-type case that we didn't have Olivia Benson shoved in our faces for the whole episode! This was a decent episode. The only drawback is I'm getting tired of Maroun's attitude about cases like this, taking the approach that because she's gone through a bad situation that everyone else in similar situations deserves to be off the hook. I am fine with the outcome of the case I only didn;t like how she behaved trying to get her point across.
I was wondering if I’m the only one who was feeling the same about Marion. Have been for a while now this season. When she asked Price what she was doing in the DA’s office if her opinion wasn’t respected I literally wanted to yell at my tv that you’re there to prosecute criminals regardless of your past experiences. Nothing wrong with expressing a desire to want to show some mercy which I do think this case needed but there are better ways to go about it. Oh and if I have to hear from Baxter how he needs to consider the larger picture one more time I just may lose it! 😂
