I truly enjoyed Jeffrey Donovan playing Frank Cosgrove. I believe that he and Sam Waterston carried Law & Order. I hope Reid Scott serves as a suitable replacement.
And for Law & Order: Organized Crime, I hope that they return to the multi-episode arcs. Maybe one storyline throughout the entire 13-episode season?
