Best episode of the season! It could have been two episodes, one covering Maxwell and her husband and another on Velasco. I wasn't that interested in the Velasco issue, partly because I can't figure out why Benson made him do this. She's all up in arms about him making it right but then she turns a blind eye to Maxwell who pretty much killed her husband bu her not taking any action to stop his choking. Now Benson knows what Maxwell did and Maxwell knows Benson knows, not a good situation for either of them. That was one of the best Law & Order twists we've seen in a long time. Despite her husband being a creep, that was COLD what Maxwell did. COLD.
