Poor Peter. I hope that Olivia is not involve with Peter's sister situation. She needs to be with Noah and leave Peter alone at the bars. Please don't put together. He will regret.

I can't wait to see how Cabot will play a role in this episode. I've seen pictures from SVU's social media of Mariska and Stephanie in the family courtroom set!

They dragged out story arcs with Olivia's half-brother,(and of course Noah ad nauseam), Amanda's sister, Fin's son, Stabler's daughter, Amaro's family, and mercifully shorter bits with Carisi's and Barba's families. Enough with the soap opera angle, already! It's supposed to be a crime drama with courtroom elements.

I agreed with Sharon. Who cares about their families especially Olivia and Noah. This is not soap operas.

I can't wait to see Alex Cabot! She should come back for good... I'd also like to point out that there are plenty of us (check Twitter!) who love seeing the personal lives of Olivia and the rest of the cast.Don't change a thing (unless it's to bring back Cabot or even better, Elliot!) Love my SVU !!!

I hate to tell everybody, but most of SVU for the last seven years has been a soap opera. Crime investigation to SVU cases have taken a back seat to Benson's (and the others') personal and professional dilemmas.

How does the car hit Carisi and the abused wife in the unmarked, apparently at 55 mph with no skid marks as we learn later... yet no sign of the other driver? No word on trying to find him if he got out? What?? Major plot hole or did I not hear something in that scene where Carisi is on the ambulance? The driver of that car murders the wife, injures Carisi and not a word is spoken or him, no search for him?

@The Turk = they did say that the driver was in the wind, so all we can assume is that the driver of the car had taken precautions to protect himself/herself when they ran into the SUV that Carisi was driving. I stated the issue with the driver of the car was one of the questions I said was unanswered in the first section in my recap: https://allthingslawandorder.blogspot.com/2018/04/law-order-svu-sunk-cost-fallacy-recap.html
