Khloé Kardashian Odom To Make Cameo Appearance On Law & Order: LA

NBCUniversal Press Release

KHLOÉ KARDASHIAN ODOM TO MAKE CAMEO APPEARANCE IN MONDAY, APRIL 25 EPISODE OF NBC’S ‘LAW & ORDER: LA’

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. – April 20, 2011—Television star and entrepreneur Khloé Kardashian Odom will make a special cameo appearance in the Monday, April 25 (10-11 p.m. ET) episode of “Law & Order: LA,” playing herself in the episode titled “Benedict Canyon.”

The episode centers around the shooting death of a celebrity stylist, and Odom plays one of the (fictitious) stylist’s clients. She appears in a scene with Detectives Ricardo Morales (Alfred Molina) and T.J. Jaruszalski (Corey Stoll) as they try to piece together their investigation.

Odom and her family are known around the world for their hugely successful E! series “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” “Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami” and the spin-off “Khloé & Lamar” (with husband Lakers star Lamar Odom). She is also an entrepreneur, New York Times best-selling author and appeared on NBC’s “The Celebrity Apprentice.”

“Law & Order: LA” is a Wolf Films production in association with Universal Media Studios. Dick Wolf, René Balcer, Blake Masters, Christopher Misiano and Peter Jankowski are executive producers.

  2. Wow, desperation makes you cater to the lowest common denomenator don't it?

Wouldn't it be better to go out with a little dignity?

  3. I don't like this - but - I am guessing this is one way of bringing "LA" the city onboard as a character into the series; She is clearly an LA kind of person (NOT NY).

  4. Fresh off her star turn in General Hospital, I see.

  5. Is an E! celebrity with a cameo appearance really all that newsworthy?

    As henren said: Yuck!

  6. It was bad enough when that Real Housewife of NY showed up on SVU. Now this. I hope CI doesn't succumb to this reality "star" casting crap.

  7. I'm not seeing how this is desperation at all. I think it's an interesting choice for the show. And who knows, it could be...entertaining?

  8. I sense irony in your use of the word 'entertaining' Esaul... XD

  9. As per Esaul: [who knows, it could be...entertaining?]

Train wrecks are entertaining to certain segments of the population. I'm just not sure those are the viewers the once respectable L&O Franchise should be catering to.

The fact that they are filming and putting this show out next week so quickly and jumping the cue of the other filmed episodes SCREAMS desperation to draw in quick viewers/numbers to try to resuscitate the LOLA corpse.

This intubation is harsh. Let it die peacefully, like a dream, like it never happened. We can say Connie dreamed of an alternate place where badly written L&O scripts go to live themselves out and die quietly, observed by few.
