  1. How do you feel about the recently released info about Law Ord Org Crim Chris? Apparently, it will not be a full season, will not follow the SVU or previous law and order models, and is set to be a limited series only. I have to say, this is a rather huge disappointment. If that were going to be the case, I'd rather have had Elliot come back to SVU instead of have his own limited run spin off. Here is the story, according to the Executive Producer:

I was pretty hyped for this new series but it seems like it might be a huge let down...I guess only time will tell.....

  2. Considering the late start and 2 shut-downs from COVID, the short season doesn't surprise me. I think SVU will have a lower episode count this season as well. It's just one of those things and it doesn't bother me, considering what they need to go through now to get even one episode out for either show right now. And I don't mind that it will be different from SVU. I think I'm ready for a new kind of Law & Order brand show. If it was the original Law & Order I'd feel different but dealing with organized crime is a different animal and it would be difficult to do solve anything over one episode. I'm taking a wait and see approach before I decide whether it works or not. There hasn't been a screener released as yet so I can't make any advance judgements!

  3. What are your predictions for Organized Crimes?
Also, Limited series in like just 1 Season?

  4. The only prediction I'll make is that the first episode will do really well. Chris Meloni has a very large fan base and it wouldn't surprise me to see the series pull in strong numbers. I also don't think NBC and Wolf Entertainment would put in so much marketing for this series to be just one season.

  5. I agree. I am looking forward to a new brand of Law & Order as well. I am excited to see Stabler come back to SVU because I felt like he and Olivia didn't get a proper goodbye moment when he left. Hopefully they will get that in this crossover event.

  6. SVU is 16 episodes this season. So episodes 9-16 will line up with Episodes 1-8 of Organized Crime.
