  1. Glad to see NBC finally promoting this show. It's almost as if they had forgotten it was on.
I'm looking forward to seeing how Olivia balances being a Mom & a commanding officer. Trying to find the right balance between work & family is something millions of men & women struggle with.
I know there are many who are already complaining about the Noah story line, and they have every right to, but I think it's a good addition to the show. We know Olivia has wanted to be a mother forever. I also think it shows that after all the horror she went through last year that you can overcome the darkness. Like Olivia said in Imprisoned Lives (I believe) that victims can not only survive but thrive.
    Can't wait for next week!

  2. I agree with everything you said ladybug81! It'll be great to see some light in Benson's life again.

  3. TV Guide has a whole page spread on L&O- one of the popular shows returning.

  4. I agree with you @Lisa but am a little afraid to air my opinion after having been slayed by Warren on Twitter. He really does have a somewhat condescending tone right?
Anywho he can't gag me, I'm not a fan of this Noah's arc that I still say they're stuffing down our throats. All we've seen thus far is Olivia in the key art and babyBenson this and babyBenson that. I do wish happiness for Benson but I don't want SVU to turn in to some cuddling show with Liv talking to a crib every frickin episode.

However I am looking forward to seeing this tension with Rollins and the new guy (I really need to learn his name). Fin doesn't seem that fond of him either *lol* Love tension in the squad room.

I've been trying to follow the news over the summer to see what cases we might see on SVU but all I've come up with is sport stars and Cee-Lo Green but that's all been done...

  5. Nancy, which episode of TVGuide has the whole page spread on the show? I look at the last two recent issues and didn't see anything. Maybe I'm missing an issue?

  6. Chris- the TV Guide issue that just came has an article about favorite shows returning- must be the one starting next Monday (p.44, cover has 2 actresses from "Once. Upon a time")

  7. Thanks Nancy. I get my TV Guide digitally and that one hasn't showed up in my queue yet. I'll keep my eye open for it!

  8. I guess you can not make criticisms before seeing the show. It's called prejudice. Let's first let it happen and then comment.
