I can't wait for this! Looks like a lot of drama! I wonder if Hearts In the City is the name of the episode after Home Invasions? Anyway, thanks for posting, it's very much appreciated!
I think Hearts in the City is just the name of the promo. Sometimes NBC gives the promos (or deleted scenes) a separate name.
