  1. Semper? I know the I after FI probably stands for Investigator. And I know what the badge and El signify. But can someone help me out with what Semper and the F in FI mean?

  2. Semper Fi means "always faithful" and it is the motto if the US Marines.

  3. So what exactly does he mean? Who is he being faithful to now?

  4. First of all, I think the scene was deleted as it was a little "clumsy" for lack of a better word. As far as what exactly the message means to Olivia, I think it was ambigious. Stabler could mean he is being faithful to himself, or his wife, or, despite the fact he left the squad, to Benson.

  5. Is there any mention of Eliote and Olivia still having contact after season 13? Or is the letter the only form of contact?

  6. Is this letter the only form of communication Benson and Stabler had since Stabler left? Or is there any mention of them still being in contact?
