Law & Order SVU “Bedtime” Episode Information

Here is the information for the new Law & Order SVU episode “Bedtime” airing on March 31 featuring guest star Ann-Margret:

DETECTIVES BENSON (MARISKA HARGITAY) AND STABLER (CHRIS MELONI) MUST FIND A SERIAL RAPIST AND MURDERER WHO ATTACKS PEOPLE IN THEIR BEDS

Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Detective Eliot Stabler (Chris Meloni) are called to the scene of a crime where an investigative journalist has been found dead in her bed with an "X" carved into her cheek. Captain Donald Cragen (Dann Florek) recognizes the killer's tactics from a similar case thirty years earlier, when the "Bedtime Butcher" murdered five women in the Bronx. The trail leads the detectives to a patrol cop (guest star Jaclyn Smith), a jealous ex-lover of the prime suspect (guest star Ann-Margret), and even sends Benson on a dangerous undercover mission to uncover the truth. Also starring: Ice-T (Detective Odafin Tutuola), Richard Belzer (Detective John Munch), Tamara Tunie (Dr. Melinda Warner), and B.D. Wong (Dr. George Huang)

  1. Okay, so "Unstable" has a case about a man Stabler (wrongfully) put away 10 years earlier, "Solitary" deals with another case Stabler handled 19 years prior, "Confidential" is about a wrongful conviction from 20 years ago, and now "Bedtime" will deal with an unsolved case from 30 years ago.

    Hmm, I sense a pattern. I heard the theme this season was supposed to be 'Benson and Stabler Against the World' but it seems more like 'The Past Always Comes Back to Bite You in the Ass'

  4. The writers need to write more charactor growth for Stabler. Every episode makes it look like he is fumbling like a rookie. Chris Meloni and Stabler deserve better afer 12 seasons. Perhaps that is why CM has expressed wanting to leave.....you can only play this charactor as far as it can go and I think its gone pretty far.
