Law & Order SVU “Zebras” Season Finale Episode Information

The episode information for the season finale of Law & Order SVU has been released. The episode is titled “Zebras.” It looks like annoying CSU tech Dale Stuckey is alive in this episode, hopefully, they will find a reason - ANY reason - to make him gone before it is over. And, it looks like we will get to meet Munch’s ex-wife. By the way, NBC still lists Michaela McManus in the credits, but I don’t expect to see her.

Law & Order Svu “Zebras” Air Date June 2, 2009
WHEN AN ERROR JEOPARDIZES A MURDER CASE, THE DETECTIVES RUSH TO FIND MORE EVIDENCE BEFORE THE KILLER TAKES REVENGE ON THE SQUAD

When a tourist is found dead in Central Park with the word “guilty” written across her forehead, Detectives Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) recover photos from the victim’s camera. With the help of crime scene unit technician Dale Stuckey (Guest Star Noel Fisher), they discover that former artist Peter Harrison (Guest Star Nick Stahl) was at the park during the crime. After arresting Harrison for questioning, the detectives leave Detectives John Munch (Richard Belzer) and Fin Tutuola (Ice-T) to keep Harrison under close surveillance. But when Harrison suddenly escapes, Detective Munch (Belzer) must turn to his ex-wife Gwen (Guest Star Carol Kane) for help. Also starring: Richard Belzer (Detective John Much), Dann Florek (Captain Donald Cragen), Ice-T (Detective Odafin Tutuola), Michaela McManus (A.D.A Kim Greylek), Stephanie March (ADA Alexandra Cabot), Tamara Tunie (Dr. Melinda Warner), and B.D. Wong (Dr. George Huang).

  1. How cool they're bringing back Carol to play Gwen Munch. She played Gwen on an episode of Homicide: Life On The Street years ago. Can't wait to see this episode. She and Munch were a hoot together.

  2. I didn't know Carol Kane was Gwen. I didn't know Gwen had an actress, but I don't watch enough Homicide, so.

Wonder if he'll bring up the fact she slept with Lennie Briscoe. Hehe.

  4. I thought Neal Baer said Stephanie wasn't going to be in the finale. Is she or isn't she?

  6. Jason - thanks for the heads up on the clip!

Regarding the anonymous poster who asked about Stephanie in the finale, all I can tell you is that she is listed in the official NBC press release as a cast member in the final episode. That doesn't mean she will be in it, though, as NBC is often unreliable on some of their advance episode information.

  8. I can't say it enough...thank GOD dale stuckey has been killed off. I was so aggravated by him in the first episode he was on. I was actually embarrassed for the writers for bringing in such a bad mismatch of a character for the show....and especially for 3 episodes.

  10. I certainly didn't see the side kick becoming the villian. Wow. Like Stabler said "What a way to end?". Great end-cap to an amazing season.

  11. Come on, from the moment Stuckey was talking to the judge after making his mistake, it was OBVIOUS, ABSOLUTELY OBVIOUS that he would do something crazy/illegal to get the other guy convicted. This episode was so disappointing. Get better writers next season!

  12. I knew Stuckey had planted the fingerprint on the can to get Harrison back in court. But I never suspected he go all whack-job. Great episode and terrific acting by Mariska Hargitay in that final scene.

  13. I'm sorry but SVU "jumped the shark" a few seasons ago for me. The over the top acting and totally ridiculous story lines are kind of embarrasing. Won't be watching next season.....

  14. The season finale for me was very good. Its ashame that Forensics Tech. Ryan O'Halloran (Mike Doyle) was killed which was totaly unexpected given he was on the show for the past 6 years. I also agree with others as far as the season had some good and not so good episodes. Thanks to Mike Doyle for playing a great Forensics Tech.

  15. Really sucks that they killed off Tech. Ryan O'Halloran (Mike Doyle). I would rather it been Munch or IceT. He was good guy.
