Olivia D'Abo was great, as always. She easily handled the detective on her case, Jo. They tamed her character down too much over her prior episodes, it would have been great to have her back at full-evil power and really sinister. He is hardly recognizable. He just seems so....tired, sort of resigned to his fate at times. He seems defeated in a way. The worst thing they could do (although the potential is certainly there) is to let his mother's illness or his father's pathology manifest itself in Goren. A little bit of intrigue into the personal lives is fine but even I'm starting to think it's overkill with the emphasis on Goren's personal life.
