Don't care so much about the actual content of the episode just overjoyed to see Amanda/Kelli in the 'also starring' cause that means she doesn't die in the previous episode ;)

I'm confused!!!

This is episode #23 out of #24, but It was said that we'd get a 2-hour Season Finale. Does that mean we get a 2-hour episode?

Shinnoky, the original press release on the season finale said SVU will "conclude the season with a two-hour episode on Wednesday, May 22." It sure sounds like it will be a single, two hour episode...and would almost have to be based on the overall projected episode count. But there have been times when NBC promises a 2 hour SVU and we get two separate one-hour episodes. This may be the rare time when we actually get one, 2 hour episode. (Confused yet?) All we can do is stay tuned until the press release on the finale comes out and then we'll know for sure!

eps 23 and 24 were supposed to make up the 2 hour finale, but the timeslot was needed for the finale of Chicago Fire, which was pre-empted for the Boston Marathon bombing.

I think I'll get excited for a 2 hour season finale! I can't wait to see what they do. Looking good for season 15!!

Can't seem to find it now but Warren tweeted that the finale would be (just) an hour long.

Really excited to see if it will be a cliffhanger or not.

Petra, it's highly possible that NBC changed the schedule and never sent out the schedule change...possibly because they never sent out the episode details to begin with. I wouldn't be surprised if they even forgot their original press release with the season finale details!

I just noticed the other day that Mariska Hargitay now follows your All Things Law and Order blog on Twitter.....she probably likes your recaps too- I look forward to them as much as the actual episode!
