Deadline.com: Andre Braugher In Talks for Recurring SVU Role

NBA Stars Carmelo Anthony and Chris Bosh to Make Guest Appearances on Law & Order: SVU

NBA stars Carmelo Anthony (New York Knicks) and Chris Bosh (Miami Heat) will play themselves in cameo guest appearances on an upcoming episode of the hit Wolf Films/Universal Media Studios series "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." In the episode "Personal Fouls" (Wednesday, September 28 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on NBC) a youth basketball coach played by Dan Lauria ("The Wonder Years," "Lombardi" on Broadway) is under suspicion as a sexual predator. Mehcad Brooks ("True Blood") plays Prince Miller, a fictional basketball superstar who was once one of the coach's prodigies. Rapper/actor Heavy D plays Miller's cousin and business manager, Supreme. Anthony and Bosh will appear in the opening scene and episode climax.


"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" returns for its 13th season on Wednesday, September 21, 10:00 pm. (ET/PT) on NBC. Dick Wolf, Ted Kotcheff, Warren Leight and Peter Jankowski are Executive Producers.

Law & Order SVU On Location With Ice-T, Richard Belzer, Guest Stars Franco Nero, Kathleen Garrett

Here are a few photos taken of Law and Order SVU on location with Richard Belzer, Ice-T, and guest stars Franco Nero and Kathleen Garrett. The episode being filmed is inspired by the Dominique Strauss-Kahn case. The DSK character, played by Italian actor Franco Nero, is seen leaving an Upper East Side townhouse accompanied by his wife (played by Kathleen Garrett) amid a crowd of reporters and police.
